Abstract

The economy of Kalimantan Timur Province in Quarter IV-2020 grew 2.06 percent (q-to-q), down 2.83 percent (y-to-y). The economy of Kalimantan Timur Province in 2020 decreased 2.85 percent.
The economy of Kalimantan Timur Province in 2020 as measured by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at the current price reached Rp. 607.32 trillion and at constant 2010 prices reached Rp. 472.86 trillion.
The economy of Kalimantan Timur in Quarter IV-2020 when compared to Quarter III-2020 (q-to-q) grew by 2.06 percent. From the production side, the highest growth was achieved by the Financial Services and Insurance Business Field at 10.58 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the Government Consumption Expenditure Component with a growth of 40.28 percent.
The economy of Kalimantan Timur in Quarter IV-2020 when compared to Quarter IV-2019 (y-on-y) decreased by 2.83 percent.
The economy of Kalimantan Timur in 2020 has decreased by 2.85 percent.
Kalimantan Timur Province Economic Structure in 2020 in terms of business fields is still dominated by mining and quarrying business fields; processing industry; and construction. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the net export components of goods and services; gross fixed capital formation; and household expenditure component is still the dominant component in the economic structure of Kalimantan Timur Province.
