Abstract

The export value of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2021 reached US $ 1.29 billion, an increase of 1.55 percent compared to exports in January 2021. Meanwhile, compared to February 2020, it had an increase of 3.26 percent.
The export value of oil and gas goods in February 2021 reached US $ 46.39 million, up 90.72 percent compared to January 2021. Meanwhile, exports of non-oil and gas goods in February 2021 reached US $ 1.25 billion, down 0.19 percent compared to January 2021.
The cumulative export value of Kalimantan Timur Province for the period January - February 2021 reached US $ 2.57 billion, an increase of 2.86 percent over the same period in 2020.
Of all exports for the period January - February 2021, the role of exports of oil and gas goods reached 2.76 percent, while the role of exports of non-oil and gas goods reached 97.24 percent.
The import value of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2021 reached US $ 123.72 million or decreased by 3.41 percent compared to imports in January 2021. Meanwhile, compared to February 2020, it decreased by 43.60 percent.
Imports of oil and gas goods in February 2021 reached US $ 2.01 million, a decrease of 97.04 percent compared to January 2021. Meanwhile, imports of non-oil and gas goods in February 2021 reached US $ 121.71 million, an increase of 102.23 percent compared to January 2021.
Cumulatively, the import value of Kalimantan Timur Province for the period January - February 2021 reached US $ 251.80 million or decreased by 42.20 percent compared to the same period in 2020. Of all imports for the January - February 2021 period, the role of oil and gas imports reached 27.76. percent while the role of imports of non-oil and gas goods reached 72.24 percent.
The trade balance of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2021 was a surplus of US $ 1.17 billion, an increase compared to the trade balance in January 2021 which was a surplus of US $ 1.15 billion. Meanwhile, cumulatively, the trade balance of Kalimantan Timur Province for the period January - February 2021 was a surplus of US $ 2.31 billion.
