April 2021 NTP amounted to 118.92 or increased 0.91 percent compared to NTP in March 2021

Abstract

Kalimantan Timur of Province NTP in April 2021 amounted to 118.92, an increase of 0.91 percent compared to NTP in March 2021. The increase in NTP was caused by an increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) fell.
NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur of Province April 2021, namely the Food Crop Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 95.41; Horticultural Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 107.61; The Exchange Rate of Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) of 145.67; Livestock Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 103.12; and Fishermen and Fish Cultivator Exchange Rate (NTNP) of 102.68.
In April 2021, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the smallholder plantation sub-sector (2.22 percent), the livestock sub-sector (1.63 percent), and the fisheries sub-sector (1.06 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-1.50 percent) and the horticulture sub-sector (-1.85 percent).
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses (NTUP) of Kalimantan Timur of Province in April 2021 was 120.06, an increase of 0.88 percent compared to NTUP in March 2021 which was recorded at 119.01. There are three sub-sectors that have experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the smallholder plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the fisheries sub-sector.
