Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province NTP in March 2021 amounted to 117.84 or an increase of 0.85 percent compared to NTP in February 2021. The increase in NTP was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).
NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province March 2021, namely the Food Crop Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 96.86; Horticultural Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 109.65; Exchange Rate of Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) of 142.51; Livestock Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 101.47; and the exchange rate of fishermen and fish cultivators (NTNP) of 101.60.
In March 2021, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the horticulture sub-sector (1.89 percent), the smallholder plantation sub-sector (1.62 percent), and the livestock sub-sector (0.08 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-0.70 percent) and the fisheries sub-sector (-0.07 percent).
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses (NTUP) in Kalimantan Timur Province in March 2021 was 119.01, an increase of 1.23 percent compared to NTUP in February 2021 which was recorded at 117.57. There are four sub-sectors that have experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the horticulture sub-sector, the smallholder plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the fisheries sub-sector.
